Covid Community Webinar (on Long Covid), Tuesday 13 July, 6.30-7.30pm

A message from Councillor Graham Henson, Leader of Harrow Council:

I hope this finds you and your communities well. I am writing to invite you and members of your community to another of our popular information sessions about coronavirus in Harrow.

Many in our community have suffered the impact of long Covid (long-term effects of Covid), The Covid Community Webinar session on Tuesday 13 July, 6.30-7.30pm will focus specifically on long Covid – who it affects, what causes it, as well as management and recovery for patients.

It will also be an opportunity to hear first-hand from our Director of Public Health Carole Furlong about the Covid situation in Harrow, the progress of the vaccine rollout, and other advice to keep you and your families safe.

We also invite our panellists - Dr Genevieve Small, Harrow Clinical Director for NWL CCG; Saba Shanmughasundaram of Harrow Respiratory Service; and Thamara Wijethunge of Harrow Therapy Service to answer questions you may have.

This important webinar is open to everyone in Harrow - please circulate this letter and the meeting details widely to all your congregation/members/service users.
