Harrow Community Recovery Event - 28 November 2024, 12-4pm

A community event to increase awareness, challenge stigma, and celebrate the success of those in recovery from drug/alcohol addiction.
  • When: Thursday 28th November 12-4pm (can arrive as early as 11am to set up, to be ready for opening at 12)
  • Venue: Trinity Church, Hindes Rd, Harrow, HA1 1RX
  • Event Description: This event aims to increase awareness, challenge stigma, and celebrate the success of those in recovery from addictions to alcohol or substances. As well as celebrate the dedication of service providers and communities who make recovery in all its forms possible. Expect activities and talks aiming to raise awareness and to reflect on the challenges facing so many others, as well as an opportunity to connect and network with local organisations. Free refreshments are included!
  • Aimed at: individuals, services, and organisations across Harrow to join together with the aim of celebrating recovery from alcohol and substance use.
  • Refreshments/food will be provided
  • We can provide a table and chairs, so if you have a board or if you bring your leaflets, organisation items or anything you wish to promote your services.
