Ash says "I had the privilege of supporting and leading the development of Healthwatch Harrow prior to its inception in April 2013 and have been Chairman from the outset and overseen its evolution and integration into Community Connex.
I have had a personal and professional interest in mental health issues for over fifty years. As a former civil servant for thirty-five-years, I was involved in health and social care and workplace wellness policy and delivery matters as part of my economic and enterprise development and community cohesion responsibilities.
Apart from governance of various charities and social enterprises dedicated to championing healthcare and isolation issues, I am still actively involved in promoting workplace wellness solutions, especially in small and medium size enterprises (SMEs)."
